2. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
All products are produced on demand, production times vary for each product. The periods stated in the product descriptions are current and valid.
3. Are the products shipped assembled?
Yes, all products are shipped assembled. We do not have disassembled products.
4. Which cargo companies do you work with?
All small-medium sized products are sent by MNG Cargo. For dining tables, bar chairs or products larger than 1-1.5 decimeters, offers are received from logistics companies suitable for your address and the most reasonable offer is forwarded to you and approved. It is then shipped.
5. Do you provide installation and assembly services for large products?
Installation and assembly services for Izmir and Istanbul are provided by our own team. We provide free service within Izmir for orders over 5000₺. You can contact us and get a price for Istanbul. Shipping is available for other provinces, but we do not have assembly support from our own team.
6. How should I clean the products?
The finish applied (varnish or food-compatible oil) is stated in the description of the product you purchased. You can clean the products with a damp cloth. You can clean cutting boards and food contact products with water and cleaning product, but after cleaning, it must be wetted with a dry cloth and left to dry. The products are not suitable for washing in the dishwasher. If the color of the product fades, you can re-lubricate it with natural oil (olive oil, linseed oil, etc.) and give it the same appearance as on the first day.

You can return your order within 14 days without any damage to the product or its box. Your return will not be accepted for any damage to the product. For your return request, you can contact us at info@stevdewood.com or +90 546 450 63 55. There are no cancellations or refunds for special size orders.
